Waking up so early, we could barely see each other as we scrambled to get ready for this anticipated event. The rumors of dancing blues and oranges had been talked up by tourists and locals alike. So, with hot chocolate, cameras and blankets in hand my hubby and I set out for the roof top of our Air B&B and began our 5 AM wait for the sun to grace us. It was SO worth the wait. For your viewing pleasure, here is a quick 37-second time lapse video that we took of our beautiful Belizian sunrise. It is highly recommended that you make seeing this first hand a priority for your next visit.
